Hi, I'm Stephanie Mitchell. I've been in the fitness and wellness field for 30 years and have a passion for women's health, particularly menopausal health. I, too, have experienced the physical changes of menopause and understand how they coincide with career shifts, relationship changes, kids leaving home, and other major life events. 

It's a lot to handle!

Since 2018, when I was first introduced to how our hormones or lack thereof impact our bodies, I have researched a variety of strategies to manage these transitions. In August 2024, I celebrated my 'Menopausalversary' (my little way of marking going into menopause).

Over the years, I've heard countless stories from women about their experiences. I recognize that your midlife experience is uniquely yours. I may not be able to promise you’ll slip back into your old clothes, but what I can promise is far more powerful: the confidence, energy, control, and resilience you build through small daily actions today will set you up for a lifetime of strength, vitality, and lasting health.

I'm on a mission to support you through perimenopause and menopause, especially as you navigate it ALL.
