Congrats to you for taking the first step. You are on your way to being stronger, more mindful and fearless! It’s time to honor what your body already knows and give it the activity it needs.

Your sessions will be designed based on YOUR fitness and wellness goals. I use a variety of exercise equipment, such as dumbbells, barbells and plates, bands, medicine balls, and more to keep your routine fun and exciting!

Train With Stephanie

Workout once or twice a week to stay motivated and consistent while building strength and confidence. Your body mechanics, fitness level, exercise experience, and any health concerns will be taken into consideration as a program is designed for you.

By having a program that fits your life, you will be more likely to maintain a healthy lifestyle and see results. Personal training sessions can include a warm-up, strength and functional training, mobility exercises, balance, flexibility, and cool-down.

Personal training packages are available in 5 or 10 in-person, online, or hybrid 45-minute sessions.

    5-Session Package | $475.00

    You're looking to improve and add variety to your workouts, but need accountability, then Let’s Get Strong is for you. Together we’ll develop your training routine over time and you will feel better in 3–5 weeks.

    Get Strong is for anyone that needs guidance and support to ensure they achieve their health and fitness goals.

  • Let's Get Fearless

    10 Session Package | $950.00

    The Fearless plan will help to improve your confidence and your understanding of exercise techniques and will support you in increasing your strength, energy, and lean muscle, all while burning fat, losing weight and achieving results.

    Get Fearless is for anyone that needs to make serious habit and lifestyle changes that last for the long term.
