It’s me, hi! I’m the trainer it’s me!

My name is Stephanie Mitchell and I’m on a mission to help women in perimenopause and menopause understand what is happening with their bodies and to not feel alone while going through this transition.

I have been in the fitness and wellness field for 30 years and am passionate about women’s health, specifically menopausal health.

I have been researching and practicing different strategies since 2018. In August 2024, I celebrated my Menopausalversary (my fancy word for going into menopause).

For years I have heard stories about what women have gone through and want your experience to be better than the generations before you. You deserve it!
