We’re a community of women who support you and hold you accountable as you begin to practice new techniques. Each week there will be a mandatory group coaching call on Zoom.
At the end of the program, there will be one on one coaching calls with Stephanie to help you integrate what you’ve learned and maintain the momentum to move forward.
COURSE BREAKDOWN
The Core Curriculum

Week 1: Menopause Madness
During this week we’ll work together and independently to understand our hormones and their effects on our lives. We’ll learn about our hormones - progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone - and identify our symptoms and techniques to care for them right now. We’ll build our support network of people and resources, and identify ways to include doctors and practitioners in our plan.

Week 2: Getting Stronger
This week we build your exercise program. We’ll map your strength goals, learn more about movement and how our muscles work to help us remain strong and fit as we age, and create motivational touchpoints so we can build momentum.

Week 3: Meditation and Mindfulness
Access meditation from where you are now, and learn to deepen your practice. The reflections and activities during this week are perfect for everyone from novice to expert. When we pause, we can notice. From there, we can move into long-lasting practices that help us change and maintain our momentum.
RECONNECT TO MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT

Week 4: Managing Sleep
Here we will explore techniques that you can begin to use immediately to aid in better sleep. We’ll address how a sleep routine can positively impact ability to fall asleep quick and help you sleep more sound throughout the night.

Week 5: Food As Fuel
How can we use food to fuel us forward? We’ll tackle topics on gut health, nutrition, and how we can better nourish ourselves for enjoyment and energy. We’ll begin to make changes and reflect on how small changes in our diet can help us reap big rewards.

Week 6: Living The Fearless Life
We’ll take everything we’ve uncovered about ourselves and pair it with the knowledge we’ve gained to put it all together to create self-care plans! This is different than other plans, because it is built off of the work that we’ve done together and is FULLY YOURS, not what someone thinks you should be doing. We’ll set goals together and discuss how to keep moving forward in our strong, mindful, and fearless lives.
